SECURYZA DATA PROTECTION

Data must survive even when preventive controls fail.

Backup is not just having a copy somewhere. It means knowing what is protected, how often, for how long, who can delete it and how long it takes to restore operations.

The outcome we sell

Build a verifiable recovery capability, separated from the compromise domain and sized to the organisation's real continuity objectives.

What the Securyza perimeter includes

Coverage map

Endpoints, servers, VMs, NAS, M365, Google Workspace and cloud workloads.

Retention

Policies by data class, risk, obligation and operating need.

Immutability

Protection against deletion and ransomware where technically available.

Restore

Periodic testing and documented procedures instead of trusting a green job status.

DR

Recovery priorities, dependencies, RPO/RTO and runbooks.

Monitoring

Failures, capacity, missing jobs and anomalies become managed events.

OPERATIONAL OUTCOMES

Concrete controls, clear ownership and fewer blind spots.

Documented backup coverage
Tested restores
Realistic RPO/RTO
Reduced ransomware recovery risk
Governed retention
A usable recovery runbook during incidents

How we move it into production

Assessment, design, implementation and management follow a verifiable path. Tools can change; ownership, documentation and outcomes must remain clear.

1

Data inventory

We identify data, workloads, owners and dependencies.

2

Policy

We define frequency, retention, immutability and recovery targets.

3

Implementation

We configure repositories, jobs, segregation and monitoring.

4

Recovery validation

We run restore tests and fix what does not meet objectives.

FAQ

Is Microsoft 365 backup Microsoft's responsibility?

The cloud service provides platform resilience, but retention and recovery of business data must be assessed against customer needs and the actual features available.

Is a backup valid if it has never been restored?

Operationally, that is not enough. Restore tests validate integrity, timing and procedures before an emergency.

START FROM EVIDENCE

Before selling technology, we measure the real problem.

We can start with a Security Exposure Check or a focused assessment and build a proposal with clear priorities, costs and ownership.
