At Securyza.com, we offer a 30-day return policy on selected items, based on individual manufacturer return policies. For specific questions not addressed here, feel free to contact us.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can do this by visiting My Account > My Returns or by calling us at +39 06 9027 4090.

⚠️ Returns without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted.


Return Conditions

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be 100% complete

  • Include all original boxes and packing materials

  • Have the original UPC codes on the manufacturer’s packaging

  • Include all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and documentation


Restocking Fee

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless otherwise approved in writing.


Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we strongly recommend:

  • Insuring your shipment against loss or damage

  • Using a carrier that provides tracking and proof of delivery


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we recommend:

  1. Refusing the delivery and notifying the carrier of the damage.

  2. If you accept the package, ensure the damage is noted on the delivery record, and take photos.

  3. Save all packaging and merchandise, and contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for inspection and pickup.

📌 Claims made after 3 business days will fall under standard return policies and manufacturer terms.


Defective Items

Defective products must be returned directly to the manufacturer or to an authorized service center in your region, according to their warranty and support process.


Order Discrepancies

If you receive an incorrect item or quantity, you must notify us within 3 business days of receiving the order.


Software and License Returns

Due to the nature of software, returns on licenses, activation codes, or downloaded products are not allowed under any circumstance.


Wrong Product Ordered

Buyers are fully responsible for verifying product compatibility before purchase.
Securyza.com is not liable for products that are incompatible with your environment. Please consult the manufacturer’s website for detailed and up-to-date specifications.


Important Note

If the terms listed on your purchase order differ from those on our invoice, and you do not notify us within 15 days, your continued engagement implies acceptance of our terms as stated.


Pricing Disclaimer

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices based on:

  • Market fluctuations

  • Manufacturer price changes

  • Product discontinuation

  • Advertising or listing errors

  • Other external conditions

💳 No surcharge applies to credit card payments. Charges are only applied at the time of shipment.


Manufacturer-Specific Return Policies

  • Fortinet: Hardware is non-returnable without manufacturer approval. Software and licenses returnable with replacement order of equal or higher value.

  • Sophos: All items returnable with a replacement order within 30 days.

  • Cisco, Palo Alto, HPE/Aruba: All orders are final. No returns or cancellations allowed.

  • Cisco Meraki: Software and license returns allowed within 30 days. Hardware is non-returnable. Mixed orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

  • SonicWall & WatchGuard: Unopened hardware and unused licenses returnable within 30 days.

  • Barracuda: Returns allowed only under exceptional circumstances with manufacturer approval.
