Shipping Destinations
Securyza.com currently ships to all countries within Europe only. We do not offer shipping outside of Europe at this time. APOs, FPOs, and PO Boxes are not eligible for delivery. Future expansion to other regions may be considered.
Shipping Methods
We strive to provide the fastest and most cost-effective shipping options available. Depending on the destination country, we partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other regional couriers. We automatically select the best-priced shipping method during checkout to ensure timely delivery at the lowest cost. Large or high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Oversized or special-handling items may be shipped via freight service, and delivery may require an adult signature.
Shipping Locations
All orders are shipped from our central European warehouses to optimize delivery times and ensure product availability across Europe.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we will make every effort to ship everything together. However, depending on availability and warehouse locations, some items may ship separately. You will be notified if your order will be delivered in multiple packages.
Shipment Delivery Time
The expected delivery time depends on your location, product availability, and the selected shipping method. Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) if the order is placed before 15:00 CET. Orders placed after that time will be processed on the next business day. For out-of-stock or special-order items, additional handling time may apply. You will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date once your order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and shipping method. If your order ships in multiple packages or from different locations, charges will reflect that. We do not apply any markup to shipping fees.
Damaged Orders
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment and inform the carrier that the item is damaged. Contact Securyza.com immediately to report the issue. If you were not present at the time of delivery and received a damaged item, please reach out to us as soon as possible to arrange a return or replacement.
Shipping Refunds
Shipping fees are only refundable in the case of shipping errors, defective items, or orders damaged during transit. If you return part of your order, the refund for shipping will be adjusted proportionally. If you received an item in error, a defective product, or damage occurred during shipping, Securyza.com will cover the return shipping cost — but you must contact us first to arrange it. COD returns will not be accepted.
